Payment Terms
All orders require pre-payment unless otherwise stated. Full payment must be received before dispatch. If payment fails our security checks, dispatch may be delayed.
Delivery
- Free delivery is available for orders over £50 within UK.
- Delivery charges will be communicated before order completion.
- Delivery times: UK (2-3 working days)
- Deliveries are made Monday-Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. Specific delivery times are not available.
Returns Policy
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Please note that Deluxe Dog & Cat Grooming does not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for covering the return delivery costs. We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Damage or Shortage
Please inspect all delivered goods within 5 days for any defects. Damage or shortages must be reported to Deluxe Dog & Cat Grooming within 2 days of receipt, and non-delivery issues must be reported within 15 days of the invoice date.
Deluxe Dog & Cat Grooming will:
- Replace damaged or defective products at our cost.
- Cover the cost of delivery for any replacements.
We accept no liability for loss resulting from failure to comply with carrier requirements regarding damage, shortage, or non-delivery notifications.
Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Returns
- Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to receive a full refund.
- If a product is not returned in its original condition, we may reduce the refund by up to 100% of the product’s value, depending on the extent of the damage.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

Entire Agreement
